• ​bequeath of a croft tenancy on succession of a deceased tenant;

• ​acquiring title to a croft house from your landlord;

• ​acquiring title to a building plot or additional ground on your croft from your landlord;

• sub-letting your tenancy;

• ​division of your tenancy;

• ​becoming an owner-occupier of your croft.

I can arrange for all necessary plans to be prepared, adverts lodged, notifications intimated and deal with the Crofting Commission, to ensure the successful passage and grant of your application.

Initial draft applications and plans are prepared and issued for comment/approval within days of instruction and submitted as soon as final approval given. Communications are by email, fees capped, no VAT charged and plans prepared for as low as £102 per plan.
